Powerenz Shipping & Return Policy
Our products will be shipped by Fed Ex, freight, or USPS Priority Mail to the 50 United States. Since many of our Solar Power Systems are custom-made, their associated shipping costs cannot be determined until their final weight and dimensions are known. The buyer is responsible to pay all shipping charges in advance. For shipping methods other than Fed Ex or USPS, or for shipping to locations other than the 50 United States, the client must contact us prior to placing an order. Please contact us.
Systems that weigh 150 pounds, or more, must be shipped via Freight, and cannot be ordered directly from the website. For such systems, please call 770 639 2244 so that freight costs may be calculated.
If you are not happy with your product, or if you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to return it to us, we insist on notification within 72 hours of your receipt of the system. As long as the system remains in the exact same brand new and unused condition in which we sent it to you, you may return it to us with complete packaging and insurance, at your expense, within 14 days of your receipt of the system. Once we have received the returned item, inspected it, and have determined that it is in its original condition, we will refund your money minus the initial costs for shipping and insurance. Otherwise, we warranty the unit against defective parts and/or labor for one year. The client is 100% responsible for return shipping, insurance, and any items lost in-transit. We ask that you allow us at least one week to inspect and test any returned item for function and/or defects.
Return Policy For Custom Systems
Sales of custom systems are final. Custom systems cannot be returned unless conditions of the Powerenz warranty apply.
