Powerenz LFP 60 Portable Power Pack

     This Portable 12-volt DC Power System can be carried during events where high power, high energy density and minimal weight are critical.  The Powerenz LFP60 can provide power for a variety of portable electronic devices that require 12 volts DC up to 15 amps/180 watts.  This system will deliver a maximum of 180 watts/15 amps of 12-volt DC power from each of two built-in female cigarette lighter sockets (each limited by a 15-amp circuit breaker).  The maximum combined power delivery is 360 watts/30 amps @ 12VDC.  If the combined power draw of your AC-powered electronic devices is 180 watts, the battery will last approximately 5 hours before it needs to be recharged, longer if the power draw is less.

     The battery assembly, balancing circuit boards, wiring, breakers, and accessories are housed in a durable protective carrying case.  The two AC chargers remain outside of the case.  Powerenz LFP60 comes with: Case: DEF-STAN 81-41, Stanag 4280, and IP67-certified, water-, dust-, and crush-proof case in black that is equipped with a sturdy carrying handle (Pelican 1430).  The system components are secured and padded inside the case by custom-configured foam.  Battery: rechargeable, 12.8-volt, 60 amp-hour, lithium iron phosphate battery pack that stores 768 watt-hours of energy, and that will tolerate > 3000 discharge-charge cycles @ continuous 70% depth of discharge.  A protective circuitry board performs a balancing function on the individual cells of the battery.  The battery can be recharged directly from the two included smart, 10-amp, 100-240VAC-powered chargers that are configured for 12.8-volt LiFePO4 battery packs when the grid is available.  Each 10-amp charger plugs into one of the two built-in cigarette lighter sockets.  Using both of the 10-amp chargers, the AC recharging time is approximately 3 hours from dead to full.  Battery monitor:  sophisticated device that provides digital LED readouts of battery voltage, charging and discharging data, time-to-go information, and other critical information, and that is implanted into the lid of the hard case.  Cigarette lighter sockets:  12-volt DC power is accessible via two female cigarette lighter sockets that are implanted into the lid of the hard case.  Each cigarette lighter socket is protected against over-current by a 15-amp circuit breaker.   

     The weight of the system, not including the two 10-amp AC-powered battery chargers, is 28 pounds.  Each AC charger weighs 1.5 pounds.
